Wilfried Zaha’s agent has told the press that his client is happy at Palace and is unlikely to move on deadline day.

Speaking to the Shields Gazette Lionel Morgan said that despite possible deals being available (if the right fee is offered) he thinks it more likely that the window will close and Zaha will remain under the stewardship of Dougie Freedman.

‘There is a chance he could leave today, but it is unlikely. He is happy at Palace, he loves the manager and the club, and he has just signed a new contract. The club is under no pressure to sell and do not want to sell him.’

Refreshing words from an agent, and if there was a hint that Zaha wanted a move it would’ve been referenced here, so clearly Zaha has no concerns about staying irrespective of the teams linked with him.
