Dougie Freedman believes that Kemy Agustien could be the missing link that Palace require in the creative department as we battle against relegation.

Speaking to the Croydon Advertiser the gaffer said of the former Dutch U21 international:

‘He’s a very gifted player, and I think he can give us something a bit different. He’s a good passer and can unlock teams which is something we’ve struggled to do on the road this season.’

In the remainder of the interview, Freedman explains that the loan complications were due to the club’s previous administration and the FA require things to be checked and double checked so there are no financial risks or complications caused by deals.

He also says that although the window closes on March 24, Palace are most likely finished for this season in terms of bringing players in.
