Dougie Freedman has said that Dean Austin’s replacement will be announced by the club soon.

Speaking to the newshopper Freedman said Auston’s successor would be in the role within the next few days, as the club work to maximise the potential of our young lads and get them to make the step up to the first as quickly, and efficiently, as possible.

‘I’ll be bringing someone in, in the next few days who will be running the development squad. I’ve got a good plan to push the boys to see if we can realise their potential and get them into the first team as soon as we can.’
