Dougie Freedman was left shaking his head at a series of individual errors that saw us lose the game against Bristol City in memorable fashion.

Speaking to the London Evening Standard following the game, Dougie said.

‘There have been a lot of changes during the summer and it will take a while for us to deal with that, but we didn’t help ourselves tonight with some poor individual errors. But we are a young side and learning all the time, we just need a bit of time. You can’t afford to make the sort of errors we made, but we’ll talk about them and move on because there is a long season ahead.’

One thing Dougie will be thankful for is the hopeful return of Paddy McCarthy for our next match. Shore up our defence a bit more, and maybe allow us that bit of extra freedom in attack.
