Duo leave Palace

Palace fitness coach Louis Langdown and assistant physio Paul Timson have both left the club.

Langdown took over in his role when Carl Serrant left to take up a role as strength conditioning coach.

Timson had been the head physio at Selhurst Park until the appointment of Nigel Cox in October 2007.

Palace boss Neil Warnock told the SLP: “It`s been on my mind for a while to make one or two changes.

“I think Louis is going to go on to other things in football and we`re not replacing Paul, I want to get another coaching member and saving on his salary will help with that.

“Paul has been very good since I`ve been here and it`s unfortunate that he has had to go.”
