Holloway Not Happy Again

Ian Holloway has lambasted the fact that Palace were not awarded a second half penalty in the draw against Blackburn today.

Speaking to Crystal Palace FC following the 1-1 draw, Holloway said he was amazed to see us come out of the game without all three.

‘Do I need to mention the most blatant shove on anyone I’ve ever seen? Murray’s coming in to head it, I don’t understand what excuses they’ve got not to see it. If that’s not a penalty, I don’t know what is. I just find it pretty sickening really.’

The draw extends our without a win run to eight matches, but we do remain in the Play Off spots, although he could certainly look more comfortable. However that game we have in hand over those below us would see us comfortable as long as we take the win.

As for the performance of the team, Holloway again saw positives and he believes we more than did enough to take all three points again, but it’s another day where we haven’t.

Ollie clearly needs to take the lads to Battersea Dogs Home before the Millwall game as they need to be shown how to hold a lead!
Sense of humour is a better way to approach meeting with the kittys at the den!
