Steffan Iversen has triggered a clause in his contract, and extended his stay at Selhurst until the end of next season.

Iversen’s initial contract when he signed in January was only for 6 months, but there was a clause in there that would extend his stay for a further 12 months if he played in a specific number of games, and that was reached.

Speaking to the Croydon Advertiser, Freedman commented.

‘Steffan has now triggered the deal, I’ve been delighted with his contribution.’
