It was a great return for Palace after the international break as we came from behind to beat Liverpool at Selhurst Park on Sunday afternoon.

Liverpool, struggling this season, got off to a dream start and we would have feared the worse after being behind after just 90-seconds but we stormed back to score two goals late on to win 3-1.

Rickie Lambert (2) was put in by Adam Lallana and the England man made no mistake to beat Julian Speroni to see us fall behind early on.

This setback didn’t get to us though and we drew level some 15-minutes later we were level as Dwight Gayle (17) followed up an effort from Yannick Bolasie that had come back off the post to force the ball home.

A draw was looking as though we would have to settle for this but with 12-minutes to play Joe Ledley (78) had us ahead when he scored through Liverpool ‘keeper Simon Mignolet’s legs to make it two-one.

The win was secured three-minutes later when Mile Jedinak (81) curled home a freekick into the top corner to bring us out of the Premier League relegation zone.
