Steve Parish has confirmed that we are looking at a couple of players in Scotland, with rumours suggesting we are close to a deal for winger Craig Conway.

Speaking to the Croydon Advertiser Parish said.

‘There are one or two players in Scotland that we are after and hopefully we aren’t far away with that. There is stuff going on in the background.’

The rumours about our interest in Scotland centre on 26 year old winger Craig Conway whose contract at Dundee United expired at the end of the season.

Palace are one of many clubs reportedly interested in the winger, with Rangers also in the hunt for his services. Conway himself has two caps for Scotland and is comfortable on either wing, but it’s been suggested his preference is a move to England.

We are also linked with Dundee’s Craig Forsyth, Motherwell’s Jamie Murphy and Hibernian striker Derek Riodan.
