The 100% record under Alan Pardew was kept up at the weekend when we raced back from two-goals down to secure a third successive league and cup win under our new manager as we moved up to 12th place in the Premier League.

With a little over 15-minutes played at Turf Moor, with us two-down a three-two win wouldn’t have been something that too many might have expected but we got it when a winner came three-minutes from time….

Two-goals in four-minutes early in the game from Mee (12), who headed home, and Ings (16), after it seemed Ward had been fouled, had Burnley, who named an unchanged side for an eighth successive game, in control – Gayle (28) soon gave us hope when he pulled one back just before the half hour mark.

Shortly after half time we were level when Puncheon (48) drew us level at two-two, McArthur then cleared a Keane effort off the line to keep it level before we were denied when Murray hit the post.

A two-two draw away from home, having been two-nil down to boot, would have been taken but with three-minutes to play Gayle (87) turned match winner to give us another huge three-points!
