Crystal Palace’s Premier League season continued with a win against Southampton at Selhurst Park on Saturday.

Alan Pardew was celebrating getting one over another former club this weekend, not five-one like the win over Newcastle but Palace saw off Southampton one-nil.

Yannick Bolasie provided a perfect assist for Yohan Cabaye with half time approaching leaving the French international to score from six-yards for what proved to be the winner and see Palace extended an unbeaten run to three and move then up to equal fifth but behind Spurs on goal-difference.

Wayne Hennessey made two fine saves to deny Shane Long, firstly at nil-nil then in injury-time to make sure of the Palace win.

The other results were.

Saturday 12th December 2015
Norwich 1-1 Everton
Crystal Palace 1-0 Southampton
Man City 2-1 Swansea
Sunderland 0-1 Watford
West Ham 0-0 Stoke
Bournemouth 2-1 Man Utd

Sunday 13th December 2015
Aston Villa 0-2 Arsenal

These are now being played/to be played.

Liverpool v West Brom 16:00
Tottenham v Newcastle 16:00

Monday 14th December 2015
Leicester v Chelsea 20:00

Looking at these results (despite some interesting ones) the stand out one (so far) has to be the win for Bournemouth against Man United at Dean Court on Saturday. That two-one win meant the Cherries followed up the win at Chelsea with a win against United in under a week!
