Palace came away from White Hart Lane with a good Premier League point against Tottenham Hotspur on Saturday after a 0-0 draw.

We might feel a little disappointed that it wasn’t all three-points though as we had the better of the chances but couldn’t take them, or the bar denied us, as a chance to become the latest side to trouble Spurs at home was missed.

Still, this is a good point and it keeps us out of the relegation zone.

Joe Ledley had been a doubt going into the game but he was passed fit and has a couple of decent chances that he wasn’t able to take with Spurs ‘keeper Hugo Lloris forced into good saves from Scott Dann and Yannick Bolasie.

Christian Eriksson has an early chance for Spurs but it was Roberto Soldado who had the best of the chances for the home side, but his struggles continued as he failed Julian Speroni with any of them.

The best chance of the game came our way though when sub Jason Puncheon got onto the end of a deflected cross to smash an effort against the underside of the crossbar late on in the nil-nil draw.
