Crystal Palace’s Premier League season, ahead of the next international break, continues against Liverpool at Anfield on Sunday; with this a 4pm kick-off.

Palace will be looking to get that formidable away form seen under Alan Pardew back on track tomorrow and come away from Anfield with the points from Liverpool again after ending that run at the end of last season.

Another Eagles win at Anfield, a second in a row after 25-years without one, would also end new Reds boss Jurgen Klopp’s unbeaten start.

Liverpool Team News:

Liverpool rested several players in the Europa League on Thursday with the likes of Philippe Coutinho, Martin Skrtel and Lucas all set to return.

Jordan Henderson (foot) will move closer to a return after the international break but will definitely sit this one out.

Player to watch: Philippe Coutinho

Crystal Palace Team News:

Pardew could have Pape Souare fit again after injury, which would be expected seen as he’s been called up for international duty with Dwight Gayle (hamstring) needing to pass a fitness test to feature.

Lee Chung-yong (foot) is a doubt and not expected to make it.

This will, probably, be a game too soon for Connor Wickham, but he’ll be back after the international break with Marouane Chamakh looking to get up and running too having been unable to feature all season so far.

Match Facts & Stats

Goals are scored relatively freely by Palace against Liverpool these days with 14 of them in the last seven-matches in the league, whereas in the 19-matches before that only 10 had been managed.

Palace, of course, also beat Liverpool on the last visit to Anfield when the Eagles won in May, a first win at Anfield since November 1991.

With only one defeat in the last five league meetings against Liverpool the Palace confidence should be high, but so too should the home sides as the beat Chelsea in their last Premier League game, then again who hasn’t this season!
