Neil Danns won nearly a quarter of the vote in our recent Reading Man of the Match poll.
Our 3-3 draw last weekend saw the poll tightly split, but Danns edged it with 22%.
Clyne, Ambrose, Dikgacoi, Iversen, Vaughan, Easter and Zaha all ended up on 11%, with Speroni the only other player voted for with 1%.
Strange spread of votes I’ll grant you.
The new poll comes after news that the Supporters’ Trust have approved the proposal to invest in a training ground for the Eagles.
Is CPST’s Training Facility Proposal:
A great idea?
Unlikely to be realised?
Should look at other ways of improving the club?
Got to admit from what I’ve read, I can’t see a downside to the plan myself and clearly the club are on board.
Seems sensible in all respects, whether you look at it as a way of helping to improve the club, providing a vehicle for fans to tangibly aide the development of players, or even from a financial point of view of giving the Trust and members are reliable income stream so other projects can be explored to the benefit of all.
I for one, applaud all involved.
