CRYSTAL Palace have confirmed that all their new signings are free to play against Leicester City today including Owen Garvan.
Palace are still waiting for the transfer of the Football League share to CPFC 2010, Palace are still officially in administration.
Garvan moved to Palace earlier this week for an undisclosed fee believed to be in the region of £250,000.
Owen is the only player George Burley has paid a transfer fee for, creating further head aches over his eligibility.
Palace have now confirmed that all new signings are free to play this afternoon..
