The FA have given Ian Holloway a fine and a touchline suspension with immediate effect for two games following his behaviour after the Spurs game.
The ban will be effective for two games and Crystal Palace have informed the FA that they would not be appealing the decision.
Holloway was also fined £18,000 after he admitted the two charges following the game on August 18.
The statement from the FA said that the punishment was due to a breach of Rule E3 in relation to language and/or behaviour in or around the match officials’ changing room and that his post match comments implied that the match referee and/or match officials in general were motivated by bias which amounted to improper conduct and latterly bringing the game into disrepute.
I believe this will now mean that Holloway finds himself banished to the stands for the games against Manchester United and Swansea.
