The Premier League have now announced the Match Day officials that will take charge of the game against Swansea City on Tuesday.

Crystal Palace host Swansea City on Tuesday January 3 for the game at Selhurst Park and the match carries an 8pm kick off.

Referee: Paul Tierney
Linesmen: A Garratt and D Bryan
Fourth Official: C Pawson

Match Day referee Tierney has officiated 16 games in 2016/17, with a return of 64 yellow cards and two red cards.

His highest card count this season was seven yellows and one red in the game between Swindon and Oxford. He also showed seven yellows in the game between Newcastle United and Sheffield Wednesday on Boxing Day.

He took in 42 matches last season and in those games, across all competitions and football divisions, he handed out a total of 118 yellow cards and four red cards.

He was most card happy in the match between Blackburn Rovers and Bolton Wanderers on August 28 with a total of eight yellows being shown and one red card.

Let`s hope it`s not another repeat and more of our players edge closer to automatic bans.
