Crystal Palace midfielders James McArthur and Yohan Cabaye have withdrawn from the Scotland and French international squads with injury concerns.
McArthur will now miss Scotland’s World Cup 2018 qualifier against Malta this Sunday, and he’s stayed in south London following his call up to continue his work back to full fitness following the injury that kept him sidelined throughout pre season.
Cabaye withdraws from the French squad ahead of their game against Italy tonight, and then the World Cup 2018 qualifier against Belarus next Tuesday having picked up a groin problem.
