Despite French press reporting that Elliot Grandin has signed a 12 month deal at Palace, it’s believed talks are still on going.
The 25 year old is currently out of contract and has been training at Palace with an eye to rejoining his former manager from their Blackpool days.
A deal is believed to be near and very possible, but it’s not completed yet.
In other transfer news today we are being linked with a loan move for Arsenal’s Marouane Chamakh.
The 29 year old spent the second half of last season on loan at West Ham, and it’s likely that with no permanent move in the offing, he’ll be out on loan again this season with him still not figuring in Arsene Wenger’s plans.
