Co Chairman Steve Parish has confirmed that the club will ban any supporters shown to have thrown bottles in last weekends clash against QPR.

Speaking to South London Today Parish said some fans had already been in touch with the club, supplying seat numbers and other details, and he says the club will take a hard line as there is no place for that in the modern game.

‘If we can identify the culprits we will deal with them. Anybody found doing that won’t come and watch Palace again – there is no grey area – we take this incredibly seriously. When I saw it I was really shocked, it’s not something we are going to tolerate.’

You get the impression this could run and run, especially if the FA choose to investigate it and the last thing we need as a club is more off pitch incidents to get in the way of what is now trying to be achieved.
