Kevin Phillips has said that he does have other tempting offers for next season, and he and Palace remain some way away from striking a deal.
Speaking to the Croydon Advertiser our Play Off penalty scoring 39 year old is now officially a free agent and between clubs and whilst he admits that plenty of talks have been had with Steve Parish, when it comes to the figures ‘we’re a bit apart on them’.
‘I do have offers elsewhere and if I’m being honest, there is one real offer which I’m very tempted by. It’s at a good level that certainly interests me.’
Phillips says he has offers on and off the pitch and he hopes to have his future sorted in the next fortnight.
