The Guardian is reporting a thigh injury sustained in training will mean Alan Pardew could be waiting for up to two-months to give the signing, ahead of the transfer deadline, his Palace debut.
According to the reports a scan has revealed damage that will keep the 29-year-out out for somewhere between six and eight-weeks…. Far from ideal isn’t it!
Pardew, in his pre-match press conference ahead of the Premier League return this weekend when Palace face Middlesbrough, confirmed his first outing for the Eagles would have to wait but he didn’t say how long he would be out for.
