Manager Alan Pardew has praised another good Crystal Palace showing in yesterday’s victory over Stoke City.
Making the trip to the Britannia Stadium to take the two one victory with a Connor Wickham penalty and a late Lee Chung-yong winner two minutes from time, in further interviews with the press following the full time whistle and having already praised the spirit of the side to keep going in search of the winner and not settling for a point, the manager also heaped praise on Palace for the improvement they have made in his eyes, in terms of becoming a very difficult team to beat.
With Palace’s front threat well known with the trickery and pace of the wideboys, Pardew has been delighted with improving defensive performances from the side and the way that the players are battling for each other and tracking back to nullify the oppositions threats.
