Blackpool Grant Permission

It’s being reported that Blackpool have tonight granted Crystal Palace permission to speak to Ian Holloway.

It’s expected he will be appointed this weekend.

Ian Holloway has been in discussions with Blackpool chairman Karl Oyston all afternoon, and it’s believed he is desperate to join Palace and he also wants Steve Thompson to join him.

It’s also said however that Thompson wishes to remain at Blackpool and fancies his chances of landing Holloway’s role, and Oyston doesn’t want to let the backroom staff go in anycase.
