Palace lost their first pre season friendly of the summer when we faced off against Crawley today.
Ian Holloway sent a strong squad to the Broadfield Stadium, and it would’ve been a good test for the players at this stage in pre season preparations.

Fitness levels in question after a lot of huff and little puff.
League starts next week so Crawley would be fitter and sharper, but no doubt the defeat will be the kick they need to focus so we are definitely ready for the first day of the season ourselves.
