James McArthur came through the full 90-minutes of our win over Spurs on Saturday night but the midfielder did sustain a foot injury that will require a scan on Monday to determine the seriousness of it.
Reports are claiming that the Scottish international has a broken foot!
Taking to his Twitter account he said: ‘Not sure what the extent of injury is, wait and see on Monday.’
With Mile Jedinak away with Australia, and the form that McArthur’s show with Palace since his arrival from Stoke, the last thing we want is him facing an extended spell on the sidelines….
You would have to think that he’s ‘doubtful’ for our meeting with Burnley at Turf Moor next time round wouldn’t you?
