Keith Millen has revealed his joy at joining Palace and returning to the area he grew up in.
Speaking to the Croydon Advertiser Millen admitted it was a bit of a no brainer when he had the chance to follow Holloway to the club.
‘My dad played for Palace and scouted for the club so he’s got a lot of connections still, and I nearly signed twice as an apprentice. Palace were always the team I supported and always kept an eye on. To now be assistant manager is a dream job for me.’
Let’s hope it turns out to be the perfect relationship for years to come.
