Another Incident?

Once was one time too many, but the coin throwing incident at Selhurst against Newcastle last week has apparently been following up by another against Liverpool on Saturday in our FA Cup fifth round defeat?

We’re already working with the FA to get to the bottom of the coin throwing incident when Newcastle’s Fabricio Coloccini was struck last Wednesday but Sky Sports report today that another incident of an object being thrown has been claimed following our FA Cup exit.

Referee Rob Madley is said to have ‘mentioned in his match report that an object was thrown from the crowd’ during our two-one defeat on Saturday night!

It goes without saying the club continue to work with the relevant authorities over this disturbing trend.

As said once was one time too many, come on guys you’re not doing the good name of this football club any favours so as much as twice would be even more disappointing so can we just leave it at that and hope those guilty of offences are found our and dealt with soon enough…. It of course impacts on us as a club, not just in reputation but a fine will probably be imposed and allocations of away tickets could be reduced too.
