Crystal Palace’s Premier League season continues against Newcastle at Selhurst Park on Saturday; with this a 3pm kick-off.

Against Alan Pardew’s former side or not the Palace boss isn’t going to want to see the Eagles suffer another home setback, but with the Selhurst form as it is the Toon might fancy this one!

Crystal Palace Team News:

Pardew is likely to be without Bakary Sako (hamstring) after his setback in the defeat against Sunderland on Monday.

Marouane Chamakh is fit again though so he could come in with Connor Wickham dropping out?

Player to watch: Jason Puncheon

Newcastle Team News:

Newcastle have Jack Colback (knee) available and that could be a major plus for them! Karl Darlow can also play a part if needed but Cheick Tiote (groin) and Massadio Haidara (knee surgery) both sit out.

Match Facts & Stats

Palace couldn’t pick a better time to end a run of 11-matches without a win against Newcastle, they come to Selhurst Park having won eight and drawn the other three of these recent league and cup meetings!

In fact Palace have only beaten Newcastle in one of the last 10 in the Premier League, that came back in 1998!

When Palace went to Newcastle last season Pardew was the Toon boss in a three-three draw, at Selhurst Park he was in the Eagles’ dugout in a one-one draw.
